6:00, bathroom, dry, #1, cloudy

6:15, dinner, hamburger casserole, followed by meds, 10mg OLANZAPINE and 2.5ml OXCARBAZEPINE, teeth, cleanup, Vick’s on throat and chest, get ready for bed.

7:45, bed and still talking quietly, as I’m typing this ... 8:50
