4:00 pm: Maureen was watching her favorite shows in TV.

I massaged her left arm and hand, Tom did the right one.

5:30 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 pm: Dinner: corn beef, cabbage, carrot, potatos.

6:30 pm: we administered 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with orange cream yogurt.

6:40 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:00 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows.

Oxygen: 96
