4:00 pm: Sister Roberta was here. Maureen was relaxing.

After she left Maureen was watching TV in the living room. I massaged her right arm and hand.

5:45 pm: we changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Small form bowel movement We cleaned her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 Dinner: pizza and salad, Root beer. Maureen was enjoying very much.

6:30 pm: we administered 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with banana strawberry yogurt

6:45 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:15 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Small formed bowel movement. We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows.

Temp: 97.3

Oxygen: 97

Hear Rate: 72

10:00 pm: diaper medium wet. Medium formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed , applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

12.15 am: Medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed , applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows.

2:30 am: Dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows.

4.30 am: Medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed , applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Maureen slept good all night.
