Maureen coughed four times during the dinner.
6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Strawberry Jello.
6:15 pm: Evening oral care.
6:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Very wet diaper.
We cleaned and changed her. We applied Cavilon Lotion.
Cleaned Maureen in bed with Aloe Vesta and wipes.
Applied Cetaphil Cream.
Applied Vick’s on her chest.
Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

10:30 pm: light wet diaper
Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon lotion. Repositioned right side.
12:30 am: dry diaper.
Repositioned left side.
2:30 am: dry diaper
Repositioned right side.
4:20 am: very wet diaper.
Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon lotion. Repositioned left side.
Maureen slept good all night.
