December 9/10, 2022, Night Shift

4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room and watching her favorite shows.

4:30 pm: Tom cut her nails

6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet.

We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: chicken tenders, french fries, carrots.

She coughed only ones during the dinner.

6:50 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:00 pm : Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:20 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,3

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 77

7:35 pm : asleep.

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed , applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side

2:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
