4:00 pm: Maureen was watching TV in the living room.

I massaged Maureen's left arm and hand.

5:30 pm: Using the Hoyer Lift transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Me and Tom changed her.

5:45 pm: Using the Hoyer lift we transferred Maureen to the kitchen for dinner: beef, potatos, carrots

6:15 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:20 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanila pudding

6:40 pm: Evening oral care.

Cleaned face, hands, under arms, Inner elbows/forearms, under breast (used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam). Applied Cetaphil to face, arms and hands and Vick’s on throat and chest.

Changed t-shirt

7:15 pm : Using the Hoyer lift me and Barbara transferred Maureen to the bed. Medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet.

Applied Tolcylen to the right and left big toe.

7:45pm: asleep
