4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching her show.

4:50 pm : the diaper was dry

5:00 pm: dinner: chicken, brocolli caserolle.

1/2 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing four times during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 114/65. P:70

5:55 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:05 pm: Evening oral care.

6:15 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Heart Rate: 61

6:45 pm: asleep.

9:45 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:30am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
