9:30 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs


12:15 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs


1:00 am: For about 5 minutes, Maureen was breathing strangely, I felt like she was unable to swallow her saliva. During this time she was yawning a lot.

I adjusted her pillow. It helped.


2:45 am: very heavy diaper, medium formed bowel movement, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs


4:40 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs


Maureen slept ok this night. Several times she wake up and say something. She coughed several times too.
