December 3/4, 2022, Night Shift

5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room. Carolyn visited her.

5:20-6:00 Maureen took a nap

6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet.

We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: macaronii&cheese with chicken and brocolli prepared by Carolyn.

Maureen was enjoing very much.

She was coughing a lot today during the dinner.

6:50 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:00 pm : Oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream.

Applied Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 70

7:45 pm : asleep

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper. Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: very wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen was sleeping good all night. After 3 am she was coughing five times
