9:00pm, dry, reposition right with two wedge pillows and pillow between legs

9:30pm, slightly heavy breathing was heard over the monitor. we went to check and saw that Maureen had wide open eyes. We put pulse oximeter. Her oxygen was 97 and pulse never got higher then 86. Tom lay down with Maureen and she felt asleep. The whole episode lasted no more than 5 min

11:00pm, medium wet, cleaned, changed

12:00am, dry, reposition left with two wedge pillows and pillow between legs
