4:00 pm:

Maureen was relaxing in the living room.

I massaged her left arm and hand.

5:30 pm:

We transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. The diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 pm:

dinner: beef, potatos, pasta

6:25 pm:

7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:30 pm:

5mg OLANZAPINE with mango/strawberry yogurt.

6:40 pm:

Oral care, cleanup, Cavilon lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:10 pm:

We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

We applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

7:50 pm: asleep
