4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room and watching her favorites games in TV

I massaged her right hand.

5:30 pm: me and Tom transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. The diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her.

5:45 pm: dinner: tacos ( meet, tomatos, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce)

6:25 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:30 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding and chocolate cookies baked by Barbara.

6:45 pm: Oral care.

Cleaned, used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam.

Applied Cetaphil to face, arms and hands and Vick’s on throat and chest.

Changed t-shirt

7:15 pm : We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied:

Cetaphil to both feet.

Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

7:45 pm: asleep
