4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room and watching her favorite show.

5:00 pm: Carolyn visited Maureen. She brough delicious dinner.

5:45 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 pm: dinner: salmon, potatos, tomatos and spinach. Maureen enjoyed it very much.

She coughed only two times during the dinner :)

6:30 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

6:45 pm : Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:15 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,8

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 67

7:30 pm : asleep.
