4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV

5:00-5:45 pm: Maureen coughed a lot. We used a pump to help her cough up saliva.

5:50 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 pm: dinner: beef stew with potatos. Tommy visited Maureen.

She coughed eight times during the dinner. She did not like to drink a water.

6:45 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

6:55 pm : Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed. Applied Nystatin under right breast.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,2

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 67

7:30 pm : asleep.
