5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room.

5:10 pm: dinner: salmon, potatos, brussel sprouts.

1/4 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing two times during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 102/60 P:69

5:55 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:00 pm: Evening oral care.

6:15 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was dry.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 97,4

Oxygen: 92

Heart Rate: 60

6:50 asleep.

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2;30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
