4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer snd watching TV.

5:50 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:10 pm: dinner: chipotle

Maureen was enjoing very much.

She was coughing five times during the dinner.

6:50 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:00 pm : Oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil Lotion.

Applied Vick’s.

7:20 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,1

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 77

7:45 pm : asleep

10:00 pm: very wet diaper, cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: light wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
