5-5:45 : Maureen took very deep nap in the reclainer in the living room 5:45 pm: Maureen had a mild seizure episode that lasted 5 minutes. Her eyes wide open, small twitches all over her body, her hands clenched, unresponsive. We checked fiev times heart rate: 95-99, Breathing was not difficult. After 10 minutes, she was herself. We gave her sips of water through a cotton pad.

6:15 pm :we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet.

We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:30 pm: dinner: sezame chicken with nudles, whole cup of water

She coughed four times during the dinner.

7:10 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:20 pm : Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:45 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,2

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 66

8:00 pm : asleep. 10:15 pm: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: very wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
