5:00 pm: Maureen was relexing in the living room.

The diaper was dry.

5:00 pm: dinner: chicken casserole

5:40 pm: BP: 118/62, P: 68

5:50 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:00 pm: Evening oral care.

6:15 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

We noticed a small redness under the right armpit. We applied powder.

Temp.: 97.4

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 75

6:45 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
