4:00 pm: Maureen was relexing in the reclainer and watching TV.

4:30 pm: BP: 102/67, P: 75

4:45 pm: the diaper was dry

4:55 pm: dinner: pizza

5:45 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:00 pm: Evening oral care.

6:15 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet. Very small soft BM.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

We applied Carmex Lip Balm on cold sore.

Temp.: 97.3

Heart Rate: 73

6:45 pm: asleep.

9:45 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen was coughing few times during the night.
