December 10/11, 2022, Night Shift

5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet.

We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:20 pm: dinner: pizza

She coughed three times during the dinner.

6:55 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:05 pm : Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We changed her. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,1

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 76

7:35 pm : asleep.

10:20 pm: light wet diaper. Cleaned and change, repositioned right side

12:40 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

2:40 am: dry diaper, repositioned righ side

4:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
