4:00 pm: Maureen spent the time in a very good mood with Barbara. She smiled a few times and tried to tell something.

She was relaxing in living room. I massaged her left arm and hand.

5:30 pm: Using the Hoyer Lift me and Barbara transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We changed her.

5:45 pm: Using the Hoyer lift we transferred Maureen to the kitchen for dinner: veggie lasagna

6:15 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:20 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding

6:45 pm: Evening oral care.

Cleaned face, hands, under arms, Inner elbows/forearms, under breast (used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam). Applied Cetaphil to face, arms and hands and Vick’s on throat and chest.

Changed t-shirt

7:10 pm : Using the Hoyer lift me and Tom transferred Maureen to the bed. Medium wet diaper, medium formed bowel movement, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet.

Applied Tolcylen to the right and left big toe.

7:45pm: asleep

10:00 pm: Medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

12:00 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

2:15 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

4:30 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Maureen slept good all night.
