5:00 pm: Nebulizer treatment with Albuterol.

Dry diaper.

5:15 pm: Dinner: Sausage, cheese, spinach Casserolle. Maureen enjoyed very much. Just twoo times cough during the dinner.

7 oz of water with lemon.

5;45 pm: Administered 2-4mg tablets of METHYLPREDNISOLONE with applesouce .

6:00 pm: Administered 1 tablet 875/125 mg AMOXICILLIN & CLAVULANATE with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce

6:25 pm: Administered cough syrop.

6:35 pm:: Oral Care.

6:45 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
