4:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the recliner and watching TV.

Diaper is dry.

5: 00 pm: Dinner: roll chicken with spinach & cheese, potatos and asparagus,1 cup of lemon water.

Maureen coughed three times.

5:30 pm: Administered metroNIDAZOLE 500MG tab

5:50 pm: Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce. In

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
