5:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching show.

5.30 pm: Nebulizer - about 8 minutes.

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm : dinner: ham, macaronii and cheese, apple.

Maureen was coughing two times during the dinner.

6:55 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding.

7:05 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom: the diaper was dry.

Applied Neosporin on the red mark in one of the folds (right side).

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.7

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 72

8:00 pm: asleep.

10:15 pm : medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side.

12:15 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

2:30 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night,.
