4:00 pm: Maureen was sitting in the recliner in the living room and watching TV.

5.30 pm: Nebulizer - about 8 minutes.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:10 pm : dinner: ham, macaronii and cheese, apple. Maureen enjoyed very much.

Maureen was coughing three times during the dinner.

6:55 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with peach yogurt.

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

7:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom: the diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.6

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 79

8:00 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: the diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

11:45 pm: dry diaper, repositioned left side

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side

4:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
