3:50 pm : Barbara and Ann, the nurse, visited Maureen.

Maureen was resting in the bed. Most of the time her eyes were close. There was a little communication. I gave her few times some water from the swab.

6:30 pm: we headed Maureen to the kitchen for dinner

6:35 pm: dinner: veggie & chicken pie

7:20 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:30 pm: 5 ml KEPPRA

7:40 Oral care

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

8:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 96.9

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 84

8:10 pm: asleep.
