4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and watchingTV. Barbara visited her.

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion. The diaper was very wet.

6:15 pm: dinner: pasta. Maureen was very tired. She ate slowly.

She coughed one time during the dinner.

6:50 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:00 Oral care

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:20 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 96.6

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 76

7:40 pm: asleep.
