5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner in the living room. Suzen visited her. She brought chocolate chip cookies for Maureen :)

5:35 pm: 15 min eye treatment

6:10 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. W cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion. The diaper was very wet.

6:20 pm: dlnner: pizza. Maureen enjoyed very much.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with orange.

7:15 Oral care

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:40 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98.6

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 80

Maureen was in good mood today. She smiled a lot.

8:00 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper. Cleaned, changed and applieCavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

11:30 pm: dry diaper. Repositioned left side.

2:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
