4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the kitchen.

4:45 pm: 15 min eye treatment

5:30 pm: Changed the diaper (very wet + small formed bowel movement). Applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 pm: transferred Maureen to the living room.

Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching her show. She ate fruits snack.

7:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the kitchen.

7:05 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:15 Oral care

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:45 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.6

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 66

8:00 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: very wet diaper + small formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

11:45 pm: dry diaper, repositioned left side

2:15 am: light wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
