12:00 am: Maureen woke up. She was breathing heavily.

O2: 96, P:86

I wet her mouth with cold water.

She slowly calmed down.

12:20 am: O2: 98, P: 68

12:30 am: She felt asleep again.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

3:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:40 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

She is sleeping good.
