9:00pm Maureen is sound asleep. She is lying on her right side. Diaper is dry. Vitals: temp 97.7, pulse 48, O2 97%.
12:00am Maureen continues to sleep. Her diaper is wet - we cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier cream to appropriate areas. Repositioned to her left side. Vitals: temp 97.5, pulse 44, O2 96%.
3:00am Maureen is sound asleep. Her diaper is dry. Repositioned to her right side. Vitals: temp 97.6, pulse 42, O2 97%.
5:00am Maureen is asleep. Her diaper is dry. Repositioned to her right left. Vitals: temp 97.4, pulse 46, O2 96%.
