5:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner in the living room.

5:40 pm : eye treatment

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: Lasagna., garlic bread

Maureen coughed ones during the dinner.

6:55 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding.

7:10 Oral care

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.2

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 77

7:50 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: Very wet diaper, cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

1:00 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

3:00 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:40 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
