4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV.

5.30 pm: Nebulizer - about 8 minutes.

Mike visited Maureen. He brought chocolate muffins :)

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm : dinner: chicken dish.

Maureen was coughing during the dinner five times.

6:50 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with small piece of mango cake.

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

7:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom: the diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Temperature: 97.3

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 67

8:00 pm: asleep.
