4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching her favorite show.

Tom cut

Carollyn visited Maureen.

5:30 pm : eye treatment

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:10 pm: dinner: Lasagna., garlic bread

Maureen coughed three times during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry/mango yogurt.

7:10 Oral care

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Temperature: 97.1

Oxygen: 94

Heart Rate: 84

8:00 pm: asleep.

8:45 pm: eye treatment
