9:00 PM. Maureen's diaper is dry. Reposition her to right side with 2 wedge pillows and a pillow between her legs to avoid any pressure injury.

12:00 AM. Diaper dry. Repositioned to be facing her left side.

2:30 AM: Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Repositioned her to be facing the right side.

4:30 AM: Diaper was dry. Turned Maureen to face left side.

General observation: no coughing and sneezing. No sign of distress or twitching. She was sleeping really good with regular breathing.
