4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching TV.

5:10 pm : eye treatment

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: taco with rice and beens.

Maureen coughed four times during the dinner.

Suzen visited Maureen :)

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding.

7:10 Oral care

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:35 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Temperature: 98.0

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 81

8:05 pm: asleep.

8:45 pm : eye treatment
