5:00 pm: Maureen was sitting in the living room and watching TV.

5:15 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

We came back to the living room.

5.30 pm: Nebulizer

6:00 pm: We went outside. Maureen was enjoying the dinner: beef and potato salad.

Maureen did not cough during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with blueberry yogurt.

7:15 pm: we came back home

Oral care

Cleaned with Aloe Vesta

Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s

7:35 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Temperature: 96.9

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 85

8:00 pm: asleep.

10:15 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper. Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
