August 11, Swing shift update

• 4:00 pm- Maureen is resting in the recliner, watching TV.

• 4:05 pm- BP is 127/111.

• 5:00 pm- Dinner- beef with gravy, red beets, broccoli. Maureen finished a cup of coconut water. One cough.

• 6:00 pm- Administered 2.5 mg Olanzepjne and 12.5 ml Vimpat.

• 6:15 pm- Evening oral care.

• 6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet. Luda and I cleaned and changed her. Washed Maureen's face and hands. Applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil on her face, hands and feet. Positioned Maureen on her left side.
