4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the living room and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: Beef Pot Roast with potatos and broccoli.

Maureen was coughing three times during the dinner.

BP: 92/65

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 2,5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Temp.: 96,6

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 50
