4:00 pm: Sister Roberta visited Maureen and massaged her. Maureen was resting in recliner.

After she left Maureen started watch TV.

5:55 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: salmon with baked potatoes, carrots and zucchini. Maureen enjoyed very much:)

No water while eating.

Maureen was coughing today only two times during the dinner.

6:55 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla yogurt.

7:05 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to the left big toe.

Applied Nystatin Ointment under right breast.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temp: 97.5

Oxygen: 97

Heart rate : 71

7:45 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: very wet diaper, cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

12.30 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

2:30 am:dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

4:30 am: littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

Maureen slept good all night.
