3:45 pm: Maureen was resting in recliner. Julie - a nurse visited her.

After Julie left I started massage Maureen's right arm and hand.

Maureen was watching TV.

6:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: beef fajita, peppers, onion - prepared by Carolyn. Maureen liked the meal very much :)

No water while eating. Only before and after eating a meal she drink few sips.

Maureen was coughing only ones during the dinner :)

6:55 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with lemon yogurt.

7:10 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to the left big toe.

Position left side with two wedge pillows.

Temp: 98.5

Oxygen: 97

Heart rate : 77

7:55 pm: asleep.
