4:05pm Maureen is up to toilet with Tom and Carolyn. She urinated and went to recliner after. 6:00pm Start dinner. Maureen ate steak, asparagus, and mashed potatoes 100%. For dessert, Maureen had lamb cake and ate 100%. Maureen also had two cups of water. 7:35pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT.

7:45pm Finished oral care. 8:25pm Start to get Maureen ready for bed. Pull-up was wet, changed to dry diaper. Vicks applied to chest and left big toe. 8:35pm Maureen is laying comfortably in bed.
