4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching TV

5:00 pm: Dinner: Chicken Brocolli with curry prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed it very much. She coughed six times during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE and Benadryl with strawberry Jello.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed. Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vicks.

Applied Hydrocortisone Cream on the all red spots.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 97,8

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 68
