5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

We transferred Maureen to the Geri Chair

5:20 pm: Dinner: Salmon with spinach and Gnocchi.

Maureen coughed only ones during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with cottage cheese.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bed.

The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed.

Applied Lotion and Vicks on her chest.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 97

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 60

7:00 pm : asleep

10:00 pm: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

11:30 pm: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
