April 29/30, 2022, Night Shift

4:00 pm: Sister Roberta visited Maureen and massaged her. After she left Maureen was watching favorite show. She was relaxing in recliner. I massaged her left arm and hand.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen. The diaper was very wet. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: beef, potatos, carrots :)

Maureen was coughing two times during the dinner.

6:50 pm:

7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with rice pudding.

7:05 pm: Michael visited Maureen:)

7:20 pm : Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:40 pm:

Changed Maureen: the diaper was medium wet, small formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet, Tolcylen to the left and right big toes, and Nystatin Ointment under the left breast.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temp: 97.6

Oxygen: 97

Heart rate : 65

8:10 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

12:00 : The diaper was dry. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

2:30 : The diaper was dry. Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

4:30 am : The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Maureen slept good all night.
