April 29, 2021 Swingshift Update

4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in recliner. 5:50pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. Pull-up is slightly wet, changed to a fresh one. Maureen urinated (cloudy) but did not move her bowels. 6:30pm Dinner time. Maureen ate 100% of her ham, lasagna, and carrots. She also had one cup of water. 7:20pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after. throughout dinner and oral care, Maureen sat upright without assistance of green wedge pillows. 7:50pm Bed time. Transferred Maureen from the day chair to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up was slightly wet, perineal care performed, new diaper put on. Slight blood noticed from rectum, Desitin applied. Vicks applied to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her left side. 8:15pm Maureen is sound asleep.
