April 28, 2021 Swingshift Update

4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner. 6:10pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. Her pull-up is dry. Maureen urinated (cloudy) but did not move her bowels. There was a small amount of blood during perineal care. 6:30pm Dinner time. Maureen finished 100% of her pot pie and had one cup of water. 7:20pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after. Maureen was significantly leaning forward towards the end of dinner and during oral care. 8:05pm Bed time. Transferred Maureen from the day chair to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is wet, performed perineal care and put on new diaper. Small amount of blood found in rectum during perineal care. Desitin applied. Vicks appl to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her left side. 8:20pm Maureen is sound asleep.
