1:30 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer.

Oral care.

2:30 pm: Dalia and I proceeded with a clean and change Maureen. The diaper was medium wet. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

After cleaning routine we positioned her on her left side at 2:40 pm.

3:30 pm: Maureen's rest break is over. Her diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her and transferred her to the recliner.

3:50 pm: Fresh fruit snack. 4:00 pm: Maureen was watching her favorite show.

5:20 pm: Dinner: Curry Chicken Broccoli prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much :)

Maureen did not cough during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesauce.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bed.

The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed. Applied Lotion and Vicks on her chest and Hydrocortisone Cream on the only one red spot on her face.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 97,4

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 68
