4:00pm: Maureen is relaxing in the living room and watching TV.

Dry diaper.

5:05 pm: dinner: Sloppy Joe’s with cauliflower and corn.

3/4 cup of lemon water.

Maureen coughed ones during the dinner.

Tom cleaned Maureens ears

5:50 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Redness by left armpit looks much better, we applied nystatin powder.
