April 20, 2021 Swingshift Update

4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner. 6:00pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. Pull-up is dry. Maureen urinated (cloudy) and had a large, firm bowel movement. 6:10pm Dinner time. Maureen had 100% of her meatloaf, salad, pasta, and squash. Maureen also had two cups of water. 7:15pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after. 7:45pm Maureen is getting ready for bed. Pull-up is dry. Changed to a new diaper. Vicks applied to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her left side. 7:55pm Maureen is sound asleep.
